Before joining ConferenceDirect, Heidi built a successful career in hospitality sales and relationship management, developing expertise in customer service, strategic partnerships, and business development across the meetings and events industry.

Based in Summit, New Jersey, Heidi enjoys getting lost in a great book (preferably one with actual pages), cooking, and celebrating life with movement (pilates and walking) and great champagne. Outside of work, she can usually be found cheering on and chauffeuring her two active boys as they juggle a nonstop schedule of sports and activities.
